I canceled my DirectTV account and returned equipment, but I have still not received a final bill

I canceled my DirecTV account on December 13, 2021.  I returned the receivers a week later. 

As of January 29, 2022, I have still not received an email or mail from DirectTV (or ATT) regarding a DirectTV final bill statement, to see if I owe anything or if the balance is zero.

How long does it take for the final bill statement to be mailed or emailed?

November 15 to December 14 was my final active billing date for DirectTV (I cancelled on December 13). 

Since I cancelled, my ATT online account no longer mentions anything regarding the DirectTV account.

Upon cancellation you cannot view bill online.

Based on your service dates, the final bill should have produced and mailed Dec 16 (day 2 of your cycle). As that would have normally been for Dec 15 thru Jan 14 it would normally show a $0 balance unless there were any final one-time charges to clear the account (such as any final PPVs that came through).

As the next cycle has both started and ended since you canceled, you will need to call DirecTV to verify the account was cleared.
