New Receiver Install to an Existing Account
I am waiting for Directv to come out to install 4 new receivers at my sports bar. They have scheduled installation now for the 4th time and have not shown up for the prior 3. First time no show, Second time driver called saying he was in New York and asking where am I, and my service address is in Kentucky. Directv still can't tell me how that mixup happened. Complete different state. Third time today again a no show even after 12 confirmation texts. Even got a text saying an exact window of 1045-1115am and still no one showed up. I called customer service again who does the same song and dance and apologizes and gives me another date. I ask to speak to a supervisor and sometimes im told they can't be connected to and sometimes after waiting 30 minutes I get connected to one who is no help. 3 supervisors have told me they will work on getting me an earlier install date and will call me back. Surprise Suprise zero call backs from 3 different supposed supervisors. So the 4th supervisor has now done the same thing and says she will work on a sooner install date than the 4th date they have now given me that is 10 days from now. I even tried having Directv send me the boxes and I would install myself but the boxes they sent aren't properly setup and after an hour on the phone with support all they could do was apologize.
How can I get someone out here for service???????

Were you setup with a dealer or with DIRECTV for Business? The only receivers allowed on these accounts are HD receivers (H24/H25) so that’s what you would be getting.
Be sure to call DIRECTV for Business (800-388-2505) and specify the right account number to the robot so you aren’t sent to the wrong department. Also, tech shortages aren’t unheard of and if they don’t want to send you receivers then your best bet is purchasing them online from Solid Signal. They are titled ‘Commercial H25’ receivers.
here’s a link:

Yoy may need access cards from DIRECTV which they certainly shouldn’t mess up on (hopefully.)
