Nfl Sunday ticket

I canceled over phone weeks ago but still being charged on my account. Can someone please help or I will cancel my whole service and i been a customer for about 15 years

How many times does someone have to call and it wont let me remove the add-on … online it says can’t be done at this time due to technical problems with website or some (Edited per community guidelines)
