I have been trying to opt-in the 4 channels, A&E, History, Lifetime and Vice. Website is not user friendly. Can not log in or add channels.

Calls were made to the number you listed but I was told that they could do nothing. It seems like a way for Directv to hike prices by eliminating programs that were agreed to when one originally signed up for the program choices that they made. By eliminating these four programs if one really liked them would cause one to have to buy a more expensive program package. They couldn't raise my package agreement for five months but they could eliminate the programs that I liked. Is this inflation?

Read the TOS DTV can change channels and packages at anytime. You signed up for a satellite TV service not for channels.
