Problem staying logged in
I access our DirecTV account mostly on my computer. The account is in the name (Edited per community guidelines).
I have to bother (Edited per community guidelines) for the code sent to his phone (Edited per community guidelines) in order to sign in, which is something we would like to avoid.
Is it possible to access our service in my name, with my email, password and phone?

Account ownership for satellite service doesn't change. You cannot put it in your name.
You move out to your own place, then you can order satellite service in your name.
Also, this forum is public and mostly other customers. Anything you post is for the entire world to see.
