@Lois_61 what exact error message are you getting? This is a customer-to-customer forum so we are unable to resolve issues with a certain account. If the forums' answers aren't able to satisfy your issue, it is time to call or chat with DIRECTV about the issue at 1(800)531-5000

@Lois_61 yes the OP is trying to establish a DIRECTV account but is having issues when trying to put in the ID (email I believe). But, the OP needs to be more specific about the error message they are getting.

Let's start the process to register the account by choosing Directv and hitting "Continue".
Once done, please enter the account number you received by email when the initial order was placed.
To finish, please follow the last prompts to set up your log in information.
