Sign In Error

Everytime i attempt to sign in, I receive this message: "We noticed that your account doesn’t include TV service. If you’re interested in a TV product, please visit directv.com." It won't allow me to do anything further as im redirected out of the sign in page.

@shannon02 I was already an AT&T fiber customer, I tried to sign up for DirecTV Stream, and when I tried to create an account it said I already had an account under my email address. I realized DirectTV is owned by AT&T but it doesn't say anywhere about logging in with your AT&T account on the sign up page.   So I signed in with my AT&T Fiber internet account password and it let me sign up but as soon as I tried to sign in after putting in my credit card and everything, it gave me the same error message as the OP.  I eventually rebooted my computer and was able to get signed in.
