Why doesnt anyone answer the phone..been calling to cancel
I have been calling to cancel my service and nobody answers. I was told I would have to talk to someone to cancel. Iw as doing a chat with a live agent and she was of no help since I have to talk to somebody.
I called multiple numbers:
1800-531-5000
833-967-1067
866-389-1321
800-347-3288
866-472-0658
844-520-0611
Which call DIRECTV but nobody answers.
This is crazy. I want my service cancelled ASAP!

Very strange, as 1-800-531-5000 has a bot answering 24/7 and tech support is also 24/7. Billing closes at midnight ET IIRC.

My service was canceled without my authorization. I am on auto pay and payment was just made on the 14th, today is the 15th. It seems I can not a human on the phone due to offices being closed. I received an email at 4:13am saying service was disconnected. The email suggests that it is for non payment. I need to speak to someone immediately about this. This is beyond frustrating.

@vabassnan
You have to call during business hours of course. This is a public forum of other customers so we cannot look into your account.
Is your service actually disconnected, or did you just get an email? Just something to check as a lot of scams out there that use scare tactics to get you to pay when it wasn't from the company.
To avoid confusion or outdated info, if you need further guidance please start a fresh thread. This one is from just over a year ago.
As of today (per their website): Business hours: Mon-Sun, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CT
That means they opened about 15 min ago, but you were calling over 30 min ago. Try now that they are open. Though depending how busy they are there may be a hold of course.
