Won’t log me in with correct password

I have tried multiple times to login in with the correct password and it wouldn’t let me login due to incorrect login info. So, I reset the password, tried to login in again and to no avail. I have tried every troubleshooting technique I’ve seen (deleting app, updating device, clearing cache, etc) and still have been unsuccessful. It works on other devices but not mine. Is there a reason for this, perhaps too many devices logged on? Or a solution?

OK. Were you previously a satellite customer?  Did you use a different email address for your DirecTV Stream account?  When did you sign up for DirecTV Stream?

No, I wasn’t an okd satellite customer. Only direct streaming
