Wrong Account Number Associated with my Login
I do not have the correct account number associated with my login. This happended a few months ago. Directv will not call me back or take chat etc. I am still paying and watching Directv but I no longer have access to my login. It is showing me with directv stream and I have satellite.

I was able to resolve this by logging into Directv.com with my phone. Clearing the cache, etc. did not help nor did resetting the password. I had to log in with a different device. Once I did that, then the site totally reset via my computer, where I was having the issue.
