4K Receivers
I currently have the following Directv equipment: HR21-200, HR22-100, HR22-100, HR24-100, HR24-500, Genie Gen 3 Model HR54-500, and 4K Genie Mini Model C61K-700 (for a 4K TV). I am replacing a projector which is fed by one of the HR22-100's with a 4K projector. I would like to replace the HR22-100 with a 4K receiver. Any recommendations or suggestions?

When watching a 4K directv channel such as 104, is there any way to get absolute confirmation that the signal going to the display is 4K? In the C61K settings menu under display/resolution, I tried to uncheck all resolutions except 4K; however, it will not let me do this. That is, after 2 of the 4 resolutions are unchecked, it will not allow me to uncheck the remaining non-4K resolution.

That works. I have an RC66RX. While on channel 218, I pressed the format button; as expected it displayed "1080i resolution + original format" in the lower left corner of the screen. Similarly while on channel 104, it displayed "4K resolution + original format".

I cannot get a 4K signal from DTV's 4K channels to my Epson 5050UB projector; it only gets a 1080i signal from DTV's 4K channels. The projector does get 4K signals from my 4K UHD Blue Ray player and from various content providers (netflix, amazon prime) via a Roku Ultra . The projector is rated HDMI 2.0b, HDCP 2.2, and 60 FPS. I do get a 4K signal from DTV's 4K channels to my LG 4K TV (rated HDMI 2.0, HDCP 2.2, 60FPS). Currently I have the projector and TV sitting next to each other (so I just unplug the HDMI cable from the C61K going to one and plug into the other), so all the components in the chain are the same for the projector and TV. Any ideas as to why I cannot get the 4K signals to the projector?
