Reset all receivers and checked connections. That's not the issue.

Hi, there. We are happy to help!
Considering what you have tried, and to make sure we address the issue properly, please let us know:
1. Has there been strong winds in the area? Since some channels are affected there could be the possibility of the dish moving slightly to any direction.
2. Are there any new possible obstructions for the dish? By example, new constructions or trees that have grown in front of the Dish or near the direction it is pointing?
3. Have you moved the receiver recently of location?
Please share with us this information, we'll go from there, also you can check further about error code 771 to take a look at other alternatives to troubleshoot.
Keep us updated! We'll be here to help!

No to all three questions.
Unplugged power inserter for 1 minute and reconnected. Didn't help.

double check all your coax connectors are snug, i got the same error and found the main wall plate from the dish to the dvr was loose from several years of the vacuum cleaner bumping it

Most likely your dish needs to be aligned, there are videos on youtube if you want to try it yourself otherwise you need to call for a tech visit.

Any particular video you suggest? I have experience with pointing the 18 inch dishes and have a satellite "finder" meter.

litzdog911 has one but unless your meter can output 21V to power the SWM LNB it is useless so you need someone to relay the reading from the built in meter or find some way to see the TV.

I have tried the troubleshooting in the link and it did not solve the problem. I am in 70535 zip. Sounds like a dish pointing issue but what do i know.

There are no "related issues in your area" that could cause this. 99% likely its a dish pointing issue.

I am only getting 23% on 99ca and 37% on 99cb
I am having issues with channels like 244, 245, 248,253, 254,258, 265, 269 along with others
Does this mean the 99 sat alignment is off?

Yes. It's actually the whole dish that needs realigning. You can't really adjust the pointing on just one satellite.
