Auxiliary receivers are not working
We have two TV's whose receivers are not working. We get a blue screen with the information below
Waiting For Receiver Signal
If your receiver is restarting, connection will be restored once it's back online.
Yes, we have unplugged it, reset the receiver and reset the base receiver too.
Other suggestions.

What are your DVR/Receiver model numbers?
Have you reset all of your boxes? Be sure to reset your Genie DVR, too.
