Can you post a photo? Does it have a brand name/model number on it?

Also, are you in an apartment complex or multi-dwelling unit?

Are you having satellite reception issues?  Details, please.

Hello...nothing on the box... we are in a multi-dwelling unit (8) in a line connected to 1 dish. It was initially put in to minimize a lot of pixelization we think... I have to reboot (unplug and replug) on occasion to minimize the pixelization... seems to becoming more common practice.

DirecTV does not support multi-dwelling unit installations, so that device was installed by the company that services your units. You'll need to contact them.

Are any of your neighbors also experiencing this problem? That would give you some idea of whether it's just your unit or the dish feed itself.
