Can't pair my direct TV remote to my hisense roku tv
I just got a hisense roku television and I did everything it said to to program my remote to the TV and it does not work and like I said I followed directions put the codes in but nothing what can I do to get my direct TV remote programed to my hisense TV please let me know thank you

TCL codes work on different models of ROKU TV's. Look up TCL on the elizatech link provided and try those codes if you are using a universal remote, if genie remote you can got through the remote settings.

I am just trying to help. I have had my own frustrations over this same issue. I do apologize if I have sent anyone in the wrong direction! I was just showing what had worked for myself after so much frustration & it STILL works til this day! (fingers crossed!)

HELLO PEOPLE!!!! All it really takes is a Google search after all?????? Try looking past the first page & you might... Find something :-)!!! DTV's customer service is completely inept to help you with an issue such as this! You gotta get your fingers out & search your EXACT T.V. and codes for your EXACT DTV remote control. It's out there!!!! You can find it.

I tried all of the above steps and now I have a red flashing light on my DirecTV receiver can you tell me what to do

I am not sure about the red light? I know that sometimes you need to reset the receiver. If you don't know how to reset?... Just unplug the (Edited per community guidelines) thing for 2 minutes & plug it back in again after 2 minutes. Then follow the on screen instructions which mostly are "hurry up & wait" If you still have the red light then call Dtv 800-531-5000.

I have had DIRECTV for 20 plus years, programmed probably 20 or so different tv’s. And I have never experience this problem. I have downloaded 37 different codes and none of them will control the volume. I’ll have to get rid of the TV (brand new) or get rid of DIRECTV

DTV never said their remotes will control every TV out there and you can get a Logitech Harmony Hub touchscreen system that can learn the TVs remote codes.

I was having this exact same problem. I tried the codes suggested with no success. I reset my direct tv remote on the remote control setup screen then was able to pair it! I’ll be interested to see if this solves the problem for others.
