Here is there support page on error 775 when receivers are not communicating with your home receiving dish.

If you need further help, post back with model of boxes, which ones are affected, anything that happened before the problem, any other issues, and what troubleshooting has been tried so far.

775 means the receiver has no connection to the LNB. This means the power inserter isn’t plugged in and/or isn’t getting power, there is a faulty cable or splitter, the receiver itself is faulty, etc. We need more info on your receiver models and current dish setup.
