Direct TV app on my phone

I have used my DTV app on 3 of my phones on my ATT account. I also have Direct TV satellite in my home. My husband is working out of town and staying in our camper and uses the DTV app to watch TV on his phone from the camper. Today it would not connect and he tried all troubleshooting ideas. Removed the app, reloaded the app, turned off his phone and tried again. It gives 8003 and 8004 errors. Any ideas ?
