DIRECTV cable help!

I need to connect a soundbar to my DIRECTV receiver. I see I can use an HDMI cable, an optical cable, a coax cable, or a composite cable.

I have a big box full of cables I'm going through to see if I have anything that works. I don't know what coax cables, optical cables, or composite cables are or what they look like.

Can someone please link a picture of what each of these cables looks like?

Coax:

Composite (Yellow for video) + Stereo Cable (Red/White for audio):

(component cables are the same except there will be Red, Green and Blue cables for video and red and white for audio)

HDMI:

You probably do not want to connect a Soundbar with Coax, nor would you connect the composite or component video cables to it.  HDMI is possible.  Oh, I forgot optical.
