DirecTV receiver return
I just received a replacement DirecTV receiver. The box did not contain a return label. I live in a small town and they don't pack items for you. I need to print a return label. How do I do that?

What RECEIVER Model # Was replaced? --When I replaced a Receiver I received a Email telling me my H21 was NOT needed to be returned.
Want to return it --go to UPS Store with your account # and the ship it back. NO CHARGE to you

What model is the old box? Perhaps it does not need to be returned.
If it is returnable (and the replacement didn't have a return label included), and you are over 10 miles from a participating shipping location, then you call DirecTV to use the old process. They send you a prepaid return box by FedEx, which you send back by regular mail (USPS).
