DTV remote set up assistance
I purchased a Hisese Roku TV and want to control it with the DTV remote. I went through the steps indicated on a similar setup help and got to the part where i list the TV and it said my tv model is not on the list. It is a Hisense Model 40H4030F1. I went to I do not know my model number and it said to go to the tv mode and point the remote to the DTV box which I did. Nothing seemed to happen so I switched the remote back and pushed select. I got a message saying to try the sound to verify it is set up.
Problem is when I turn on the TV, it goes to the Hisence/Roku home page and displays the inputs. I have to use the Hisence/Roku remote to get off that page, then I am able to navigate with the DTV remote and shut I guess both the TV and DTV with the DTV remote.
What do I do to be able to use the DTV remote for total control?

Hello @kinoguy, we're happy to help you set up your device with your DIRECTV remote control.
In order to use one control for all your devices, you will need to follow these steps:
1. Test the batteries by pressing and holding the number 1 key.
A. If the green light is on, continue with programming steps.
If the is flashing slowly replace batteries: this indicates low battery power.
B. If the green light is off: remove the batteries and reinsert them.
Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly.
2. Press Menu.
3. Select "Settings & Help"
4. Select "Settings"
5 Scroll down and select "Remote Control."
6. Select Program Remote.
Mark sure the customer is pointing the remote at the receiver. The receiver
displays instructions about this.
7. Select OK, continue.
8. Select Setup TV or Change TV
9. Select the TV Brand.
10. Select the TV Model.
11. Select OK.
12. During the next screen, the receiver will send commands to the remote. Make sure the remote is pointing at the receiver.
13. Once the remote gets the correct commands from the receiver, the receiver will display the Model Code Test screen.
14. If you see the Code Transmission Failed Screen, select Try Again. Make sure the remote is pointing at the receiver.
15. If you can use the remote control to adjust the volume on the TV?
YES: Select It Worked
NO: Try again.
16. Once you select It Worked, you will see the TV model listed on the Program Remote Screen.

When I put the Hisense Model number in, a message comes back that says DirecTV does not have that model. The model is 40H4030F1.
Thanks
