Traditionally it must be over 2 years of active service, with account in good standing, to qualify for a free upgrade. That normally covers one receiver/client box. For wireless, if you need an external wireless video bridge (WVB), so for anything but the Genie-2 (HS17, has the WVB built-in) there is a $99 fee. That is because the WVB is an owned accessory.
What are the models of each box you have now? That will narrow down options as well as if you might be sacrificing something to get wireless.
Everyone is a new customer once. That is a one-time deal to setup the account. Once a customer, never go by intro offers. Log into your account for specific options.

New customers now only get a 2 yr price lock with their free 4 TV install, the new partners did away with the 1 yr discount.
