My 91 year old mother had a new roof put on. The roofers messed up her signal. I have spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get a technician to get an appointment. It is impossible to get one.

That is the only way to schedule a tech, are you calling 1-800-531-5000? DTV like a lot of companies is still understaffed.
