Fire stick & genie remote won't switch to HDMI 2
Have used genie remote enter button to switch to HDMI 2 to watch Hulu, Netflix, etc. Kids pushed buttons on both remotes and now enter button will not switch. Turned off HDMI setting in settings but no luck. Genie remote makes noice saying it recognized enter button but won't switch.

Follow up- found my TV remote and was able to switch the HDMI with it. Now we are using 3 remotes to switch between direct tv & streaming🙄but hey, we can binge watch through all the rain so it's ok!

We want you to get this resolved, please try to reset your remote by trying the next steps:
1. Press MENU on the remote.
2. Arrow down to Settings and press SELECT.
3. Go to Remote Control and press SELECT.
4. Select Pair/Program Remote. Depending on your setup, this may be automatic, or you may have to enter codes into your remote. Use the code lookup tool to find the 5-digit code.
In case the issue persists, please feel free to reach us back, we will check options in order to replace the remote for you.
