Gemini remote
I have an LG TV and Denon receiver. The LG remote can control the Denon receiver volume, but not turn on the Denon.
Can I program the Gemini remote to control / turn on both the TV and Receiver?
Is there anyway I can control the Gemini with my Harmony IR universal remote?

Your Harmony remote will work fine with your Gemini box.
As far as synchronizing the power on/off setting, you'll need to rely on "HDMI CEC Control" for that. Check all three of the devices to enable HDMI CEC Power settings.

That is great that the harmony one will control the Gemini. I thought the Gemini was RF only, the harmony is IR.

Gemini is simply a repurposed DirecTV Stream box. It responds to both IR and DirecTV's proprietary RF.

Thank for confirming! The directv tech support call center said the Gemini won’t be supported by other remotes, but admitted this was a new system and they were still learning about it.

Any DirecTV remote will work with the Gemini box. But some may require line-of-sight to work with infrared signals instead of radio frequency.
