GEMINI
I'm interested in getting a GEMINI since I received an email telling me that I could get one for no charge provided I keep current for 12 months. Here's the problem: I have a wireless bridge in my bedroom closet. The house I live in was all prewired. I can see that I have a Genie hooked up to my SONY system and the bridge but all of the videos they show concern connecting the equipment directly to the TV. My main TV in the living room is connected via an ethernet cable. My other two TV's are connected via Genie's. Can the GEMINI work if it is NOT connected directly to a TV and instead, is connected instead via the SONY in my closet. Thank you.

For the GEMINI you must have the HS17 because apparently the HR44 and HR54 are NOT compatible.
IF you have the HS17, then, YES, you can have the Gemini up and running WITHOUT a coaxial connection. This is as long as the Gemini is NO more than 80ft beyond the HS17 Internal Video Bridge. If this limit is reached or exceeded, you could see dropouts, slow speeds, etc.

Then you can't use the Gemini. Only supported with the HS17 Genie Server.
