Genie mini

My genie mini is hot to the touch but doesn't seem to have problems running shows and stuff is it getting temperature warm normal?

Hey @JBurien!

We hear you and we want to help, here are some tips to avoid the receiver getting overheated.

Put it in a well-ventilated area and leave space on all sides of it.
Keep the vents free of dust and debris.
Don’t put it directly on top of or underneath your TV or other devices.
Don’t put it on a soft surface like a rug or blanket. This causes the heat to insulate.
