Genie recordings list
For the past week or two, my recordings are not showing up on the recordings list. However, they do show up on the Recordings History. How do I correct this?

Recent recordings of Television series that I set up months ago are no longer showing on the Recording's list but do show up in the Recording History. I have been able to access them, watch them, and deleted them from the Recording History List.

Hello @Hizzoner0105! We are more than delighted to help!
Sometimes the guide data stored on the DVR gets corrupt.
You might want to reboot your Genie DVR by pressing the red button and pushing it.
The guide data and hard drive will be checked automatically as part of the reboot.
Once you get back to live TV, reboot again, immediately. This will clear out logs including all the old guide data.
It will download quickly enough that you won't miss any recordings.
