Guide not updating on hd dvrs

We have 2 hd dvr's and the guide is not updating on either one. Both will say "title not available" just a few days from current date.  We have tried refreshing the receivers and resetting the receivers by pushing the red button.

Hi @Mike1978_, we can help with your DRV's guide. 

 

Unplug the DVR and all STBs (receivers).

 

Reboot your Gateway (modem) by either pulling the power cord out of the back or use the reset button. Let all lights come on and start flashing. 

 

Plug in DVR first. Allow it to become functional. 

 

Plug in STBs

Your DISH may need re- Alignment --Post a Picture of your 101-103-99 sat signals (for opinions)--have you used your remote (menu) -Setting-System test --does it pass --*NOTE every time you unplug your receiver or Press the red button to do a reset --It takes 24 to 48 Hours for the Guide and VOD to fully populate,
