H26k-500 Channel change issue
Having issues with only one receiver not being able to change channels. Tech told me these receivers can be hidden and still function. Am I missing something? All the other receivers function properly hidden behind furniture. Another possibility is to ad an IR cable, could someone tell me which type I would need? Thank you in advance

The remote may need to be paired with the receiver. With the remote in line of sight with the receiver press and hold the mute and enter button (lower right hand corner) simultaneously. You should see a message pop up saying that the remote has been changed to RF.
