Help with Konka codes!

I have a new Konka TV 43U55A, I have seen that with the old style remotes this TV was listed but now it only brings up one code and it does not work!

What happens when you have a TV that is new to the market (this brand isn't new, but is just now becoming more recognized) and there isn't a code for the TV?

I work in a Nursing home, so I need to have 1 remote easy use!  I also just bough 22 of these!!

Don't tell em to go to your lookup, because the brand is there, but none of the models are even listed.  If I search with the model number I put in, it gives me only 1 code and that code gives me a red light on the remote, as does EVERY other code I have seen related to the model.

I have used both RC72H and RC73 remotes!
