Receiver models? The client doesn’t connect to the Genie over Internet, but rather the wireless Video Bridge. What error code are you receiving?

If you're getting "can't connect to server " that has NOTHING to do with your internet, the genie is the server for the minis

What does the error say exactly? Clients do not access the internet to use the Genie. If it says "server" then it is referring to the Genie itself as that is the server that runs all Clients you have.
What are the models of each of your boxes?
