How do I get HD back after switching to SD because of weather per DirectTV's instructions

How do I get HD back after switching to SD because of weather per DirectTV's instructions. Channel 364 will not go back to HD

If that is the only channel the signal may not be strong enough, you may need to have the dish aligned.

There are two channel 364’s. One is HD, the other an SD duplicate. Make sure you are tuned to the HD channel.

Right. Depending on the receiver model (if you aren’t seeing any HD channels), go to Menu, Settings, Display, Preferences, and make sure channels are set to ‘HD channels only’ or ’Show all channels.’

That would be "Hide SD Duplicates". A few channels are SD-only, which is why there is no "HD Channels Only" and insted have "Show All Channels" or "Hide HD Channels". That way you can hide what you cannot receive.

Press info on the remote and scroll over to resolution/format and choose accordingly
