How does both sound and menu function in the remote?

Working on it!  Seniors do not appreciate having their privacy invaded.  Most would rather put up with "good enough"!!

Thanks for trying to help me, Rafael.  I really appreciate it.  Our management here needs to step up and work with you to get the unacceptable kinks out of our TV service.  As a resident, I am putting my security at risk by trying to do what property owners should be doing. 

If an 83 YO Lady could find the problem, certainly the professionals who own this place could do it easier since they have the right as landlords to enter each apt and check the equipment they are responsible for.  

To save myself from eviction (as a "trouble maker), it is necessary for me to step aside and pray that owners will complete this simple - but time consuming project.

Again, thank you so much for showing me the simple solution!!😇. I have passed it on to those in charge.
