How to contact engineering department.
I work for a manufacturer of a popular soundbar. Recently DirecTV removed us from their remote programing guides. The "codes" they listed previously worked fine.
I would like to send DirecTV a few remotes or a spreadsheet of the hex values for IR commands. Who do I contact? Is their a good email address to use?

Which manufacturer of soundbar are you referring to? How do you know that directv removed your brand from their remote programming Menu? Are you referring to DIRECTV STREAM or DIRECTV SATELLITE?

Zvox Audio.
We have had hundreds of customers contact us in the last few months saying they updated their equipment and Zvox is no longer listed as an Audio Equipment brand.
Most customers seem to be using the RC73 remote. This problem seems to be with DirecTV Satellite.

Unfortunately none of the old codes work after DirecTV updated their receivers.

Hello, I'm an Engineer over at FOX PICO in Los Angeles. We are in the process of decommissioning your HD Ericsson Encoders and their DA distribution . We have no contact to return gear. These were once used for NFL circuits that have since been terminated. Dave

@FOX_PICO
This is a public forum of customers, and a thread from a couple years ago.
Unusual you don't have internal contact info business to business, so I would try their general business support as a starting point.
