How to force a manual reset on a direcTV receiver to remove parental control

so I live in a hotel that has DIRECTV on all TVs apparently a parental control was set by – I’m assuming – a previous guest cause none of the default codes work. The management doesn’t seem to know how to fix it. The maintenance can’t fix it I tried to do a factory reset but he asked me for the parental control code again so I’ve seen there’s a manual way. I should be able to override or like force a manual reset of the receiver, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do it, there’s no power button outlined in red on my on my remote, just the big oval shaped PWR button in the top middle of the remote and then the small circular ON slightly smaller circular q aa s w we OFF buttons to the right of that… SO…what buttons and in what order am I supposed to be pressing/holding to force this manual reset of this DirecTV Receiver ??
