How to I get a return equipment box abd label?
I have cancelled my service. How do I get a return box and label. Couldn't understand the rep on the phone when I asked about it.

Generally, you don't. DirecTV should email you equipment return instructions. Newer equipment is taken to a UPS or FedEx Shipping Center and they'll box it up and return for you. Older equipment doesn't need to be returned and can be recycled.
What are the model numbers of your boxes?

And, if you don’t live close to a FedEx or UPS facility, you can ask for a equipment return kit which allows you to drop it off at your post office (USPS). You’ll need to call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) for this return kit.

Yes, the H25 is returnable. What other receivers do you have? Or is that your only receiver?
Return the H25 to a participating FedEx or UPS location with your account number. BE SURE to keep the shipping receipt so you can avoid the non-return equipment fee in the case DIRECTV makes a mistake, charging you for the H25 not being returned.
