HR24 receiver issue
Yesterday we were watching tv, local channel 9 in Denver. All of a sudden the channel changed, my wife asked if I changed the channel, I said no. Channel 9 was erased from the guide favorites list. Changed to channel 9. Picture quality and resolution is very bad. The picture issue is its only on channel 9 on this 1 receiver (HR24). we have another HR24 and a HR54 that were not affected with this problem

Are you sure you are watching the HD version of the channel? Sounds like you have accidentally changed to the SD version.

Reset the 1 receiver. Fixed the picture quality on the 1 channel that was affected.
