I am losing sound on a couple of channels, anyone else having issues?

Have you tried a red button reset of the receiver? Also, what kind of sound issues and how is the receiver outputting audio (via the TV speaker or external speaker?)

I have reset, I have also rebooted the router. Sound is from tv speakers. It only happens on two channels

Also, If you're listening to Secondary Audio Programming (SAP) Dolby Audio, try switching back to the primary language: 

1. Press INFO on your remote control.
2. Press the right arrow to highlight Audio/Video on the info bar.
3. Select English Dolby AudioTM. (May vary depending on receiver type).
