DVR/Receiver model number?
How is the DVR/Receiver connected to your TV? Soundbar? AV Receiver?
When did the problem start?
Have you tried resetting your DirecTV box?
I just finished with technical support. We reset box and all seems good. Just really started all of a sudden after watching something on dvr. Thanks for response
