Currently there is not. Recordings are encrypted to their respective DVR. If you have a 2nd generation genie (HR44) or newer, you can (temporarily; 30 days) copy to a mobile device (smart phone or tablet) but that is for viewing on the mobile device only.
The computer can watch any streaming available through the site (another On Demand access) but will not load from the DVR.
