Laggy image quality

One of my wired directv receivers displays laggy imagine quality. It’s almost like there is a blurry shadow on every moving image. I have reset multiple times and tried to follow support topics on the website, but they have been no help. Can anyone help?

Hello, @Holmes07. In instances which all troubleshooting methods have been exhausted with no clear resolution for image quality, then it may be necessary to request a service appointment.
