Lost receivers.

I have recently moved and cannot find my receivers. My new residence doesn't allow dishes, so I must cancel.

Does anyone know the pricing to replace them?

Thanks

Did you use D*TV Movers Connection? if Not you need to call 1-800-531-5000 and inform them of your move --(DO NOT) inform them of your current landlord  rules -let the installer come and if that person can NOT complete the install --then your service will be cancelled --giving you time to fine your "LOST" receivers --unless one of the was a Hr44 or a Hr54 --or a Client --they will not want the receiver returned.

OTARD prevents landlords/HOAs from stopping a dish install in places under your exclusive control like a patio/balcony.

Depends on how old they where if DTV will charge you for them generally an HR54 or HS17 and C51/61 minis are charged.

Equipment -- HR54-700, C31-700 and C31-700.  And Protection plan @ $8.99 per month.

Most likely the C31s are to old to be returned so only the HR54 is likely to be charged.  The protection plan doesn't cover it, it only covers service calls, shipping replacement receivers and remotes.

Per Federal regulation (OTARD), it would be illegal for your residence to not allow dishes. They can have "reasonable" restrictions, but you are allowed to put a dish in an area under your control (some use a patio, balcony, or railing).

C31 is the 1st generation Mini Genie Client. Last I knew, that was non-returnable.

HR54 is the 3rd generation Genie. That is very likely still returnable, though they have been pushing (too hard) for the Genie-2 (HS17) setup.

End of Story -- I found the receivers. Called DirecTV. Very pleasant service lady. Closed the account, then instructed me to take the receivers to either FedEx, or UPS. Done. End of story. Thanks, DirecTV.

Excellent. Just make sure that FedEx or The UPS Store is a corporate/company owned one and not a annex/outreach shipping location. And keep receipt showing they did take possession of the boxes.
