It would help to know ....

DVR/Receiver brand model?

How is the DVR/Receiver connected to your TV?

When did the problem start?

Have you tried resetting the DVR/Receiver?

@rubykelley your satellite dish is likely out of alignment since the SD signal of the channel does come in.

To be sure, go to Menu, Settings, Satellite, and View Signal Strength. You should be sent to a screen that will populate the signals of each satellite. Please document the range of signals on satellite 101 here on the Forum. It is normal to see a couple with zero strength. Then, press the plus button until you are sent to satellite 99 (ca). Follow the same procedure you just did with satellite 101, documenting the strength. Hereafter, do the same thing for satellite 99 (cb), 103 (ca), and 103 (cb). By the end, you should have documented the range of strengths for 5 different satellites. (99ca, 99cb, 101, 103ca, 103cb)
