No sound on 4k channels

Several weeks ago the surround sound started acting odd on my 4k channels.  Then two weeks ago or so the sound stopped completely.  I have a new Denon AV receiver and new Sansung oled, using correct ARC and Atmos settings

Are you able to get sound on non-4k channels through your surround sound?

Yes, every other channel works perfectly

Have you tried to red button reset you DirecTV receiver their should be a red button somewhere on the box to press to reset it?

Yes, I have done hard resets and power disconnect as well

Then I would recommend calling or chatting with customer service this has to be on their end if you are able to hear sound on the non-4K channels then you should be able to hear the sound on them too.  This might be some kind of programming bug that they will have to fix on their end.  Hopefully they can help fix your problem.  Here is the number for customer service in case you need it. 1-800-531-5000.
