What "system" are you even asking about? Perhaps provide a bit more information and context so others can try and help.

Careful, you're repeating your posts again.

Is the error message only "No Signal" with nothing else? If so, then that is a TV message regarding no signal on that input.

Verify DirecTV box is powering on in the first place.

Check HDMI cord between box and TV that it is secure and free of debris (both ends)

Check TV INPUT/SOURCE that you are on the correct one.

Try another HDMI cord and even another HDMI port on the TV.

Make sure DirecTV box is not plugged into a "smart" power strip.

Turn off HDMI-CEC (if your TV has it).
