Pause button on remote not working
I got a new tv programed the DIRECTV remote to it. Pause button not working. I have changed the batteries. Reprogramed x2, pushed the reset button on the receiver x2 and unplugged the receiver for 15 seconds allowed to reset. Still not working. HELP I do not want to have to call DIRECTV and be on the phone for 2 hours

Remote control model number?
DVR/Receiver model number?
The TV programming should not affect the remote commands for the DirecTV box.
