Picture freezes, we receive weak signal and error messages.

Picture freezes, the picture goes black with white circles, then we may get weak signal or error messages.  Eventually, reset messages.  Happens about every hour.  Started Thursday with a mix of snow and freezing rain.  I have checked the dish and it no longer has snow or ice on it.

Here are some tips to help with a signal error.  

 

Have you tried resetting your receiver? This can fix many service issues as well.
