Please print a return label

There are no return labels to print.  You take returnable receivers to a UPS/FedEx store to scan them in and keep the receipt. What is the model number of the receiver?

This is a public forum with no access to your return label to give receivers back to DIRECTV. You will need to go to your local FedEx or UPS location to return the receiver. If you are in the case where there are none near you, give DTV a call and they will email you a return label that must be put on the box and have FedEx/UPS  pick the package up.

DTV doesn't send return labels only return boxes.

How To Return The Equipment 

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed it up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.

What is the model of box? Perhaps it is no longer returnable.
