Receiver upgrade
Was wondering why as a long time customer cannot get my receiver upgraded for free just because they had to replace mine about one year ago because of faulty equipment. Now to upgrade they want me to pay a 400 fee. This is not taking care of a loyal customer. How can I get it done or do I need to just switch providers to someone that will reward a loyal customer?

Replacement receivers do nothing to change when you can get a free upgrade, sounds like they upgraded you instead of a free replacement. There is nothing to upgrade to as there are no new receivers out there.

Sounds like what happened a year ago was an upgrade order and not a warranty replacement.
What are the models of each box you currently have?
Which one is the replacement and if you have the info what was the model of the old one?
Depends on what you have if there are any upgrade options as they aren't creating new tech every year.
