Return power Supply Cables with DVR boxes?

I have an HR54-200 box and 2 clients(C51-100) to return due to cancelation of DirecTV service. The confirmation email says to put the receivers in a bag and drop off at UPS store for packaging and shipping.  After some research it seems the remotes do not need to be returned which is understandable.  However, do the power supply's(12v brick) need to be returned? Two of them are extremely difficult to access and remove(mounted between cabinets). If I do not send these back in the box with receivers and access cards will I be charged the $135 fee per receiver or is it okay?

While it is preferred to return the boxes with their power supplies it is not mandatory.  You can return the boxes to a UPS/FedEx store and they are bulk shipped back to DTV.

Only the boxes must be sent back. That is all that matters regarding the non-return fee (NRF).

Power supply cables though preferred, are not required.

As a note the $135 is for the Genie (receiver). The Mini Genies (Clients, not receivers), would be $45 each if not returned (if C51 is still a returnable model).
